Fan idler pulley bearings

The fan idler pulley p/n 2884 takes skf 6201-RS double sealed bearings which cross to a Fafnir 201PP. That way you can have them in stock and ready to go instead of having to remove the pulley and see what's in there lol. The parts manual actually shows the former number. Sometimes those books are not 100% accurate as changes got carried out at the factory but in this case they are!
By the way a little rock in the pulley when you check it stationary is probably normal with this type bearing. After changing mine I can't tell much difference between the new and old bearings. I wondered about this before and decided I'd change them to see how much of it that new bearings would eliminate. In my case not much. If you get a very pronounced wobble though make sure you change these. Heat the pulley up with a heat gun before you press or knock them out to save wear on the pulley boss.
