Main transmission ring / sun gear set.

Any one purchased a serviceable set of these recently where I could get an idea as too cost?

Had put mine up some years back after having had them magnafluxed, well they were not put where I thought and when found there had been some water had actually dripped on the one big ring gear and now has some pitting in a few of the gears teeth.

HAY KEN i believe there is a couple of members on here that have A complete MRG gear box that would be the best rout to go i think......look at some of the old post

It would be the quickest for sure but this was a very low time (172 Hrs) unit purchased many years ago.
I tore it down and had all the steel components magnafluxed with all new bearings purchased.

If a set of gears can be found it would likely be much less expensive then a complete MRGB.
I'll look into that option though.
