The book says turn the rotor in the normal direction of rotation while pumping in the "Crisco"(lubriplate grease lol). How much it doesn't say. What's a good consensus on number of pumps from a mini grease gun loaded with lubriplate?

I wouldn't put more than 2 or 3 tablespoons because it may get on the centrifugal clutch and make it start slipping.

I thought that as well. For now I put in 5 pumps with the mini grease gun.
