B2B & 305 prices new in 1965

I just purchased a "FLYING " magazine on Ebay , year 1965 ,that had an article on the B2b & 305. It lists the price of a new B2B at $23,750 & a 305 at $54,000. The 305 was listed as direct operating costs of $15.95 and the B2B as $9.95. The mag features a new B2B N2179U that is still registured in the U.S..
