A dream...

Post by J-nut »

So lets say you took a Brantly's dynamic components and put them into something that looks like this.

The planetary gearbox, the inclined tail rotor driveshaft. Forget the single seater and the turbine engiine. Tell me this has no possibilities...Image

Well, if I could get that job working for Scaled Composites I might be able to get you a fuselage. Right now it's a hassle just staying employed. Anybody have a Brantly they need worked on???

Have you been able to work on yours any lately? Started the inspection on mine today-everything looks pretty good so far.

Nope, she's sitting in the hanger. All the parts are laid out on the bench to overhaul the engine. Just need to get the case machined and the bearing kit bought. It's all about the money and the IRS isn't big on doing deals  I've got an avionics install to finish that hopefully will result in a nice leather interior in trade.

Cherry drying season is coming in a couple months so I need to get my hands on a heli to use. That's the big push right now.
