Factory phone

Post by J-nut »

Anything going on at the factory these days? Tried calling several time last week but all it does is ring. Got a tool I need to get back but want to make sure someone will be there to receive it. I was hoping to hold it hostage till they get a few more canopies made (John knows what I mean  wink, wink, nudge, nudge...) but I recon it's time to throw in the towel and get it back.

There was a couple days last week where their lines were down. Jason did answer later in the week and said they're still there. Try them again.

Thanks Ron,

It might be a while though as I'm down in Haiti working for a bit.

I was just notified that the factory phone has been down quite a bit again recently, and they will still be having outages on and off for another week or two. There will also likely not be an answering machine connected to the line during this time. They're still in the process of moving offices and everything is not set up yet. The best way in the short term to contact the factory is to use this email address to get Jason: purchasing@brantly.com.

Edit: brantly.com, not brantly.net.

Providing helicopter maintenance for Samaritan's Purse. Hopefully later on I might get a chance to do a little more hands-on relief work.

Very cool. One of my favorite charities that we support quite often. Thanks for your service.
Do they need any helicopter pilots down there????
