I have no other info.... just heard about it a few minutes ago when my flight instructor (Gary Jones, Wichita Falls, TX)) called to check on me after hearing that a Brantly crashed here today. I just passed my checkride for the Rotorcraft/Helicopter Add-on Tues ( see new signature below).....so you can imagine his concern....

I looked at buying that helicopter. The demo ride scared me enough to not pursue it further. I also did not like the way the airframe was bent behind the rear gear attach points, but I guess that does not matter now. Glad to see no injuries.
If your wings aren't turning, they are broken and you had better get them fixed....
