Anyone Know This Ship? SN 69 / N5931X

I found this aircraft for sale on Barnstormers.com. Wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this ship, SN 69/N5931X.

Also, is there any general reason I should not consider purchasing a B-2 model like this one, instead of a B-2b?

(This ship's missions would be time-building and possibly some light commercial work.)

That aircraft last belonged to Lyle Abernathy in Vernon, TX. Then the insurance company.
