Guys, I'm posting this for Bob St.Dennis in Lake City, FL ... He is inviting ALL rotorheads to stop by !!
This is your personal invite to come to Cannon Creek Airpark enroute to Sun-N-Fun for a gathering of Rotorheads. All are invited owners, pilots, wanna bes, builders and former owners. We are located about 3 hours drive from Lakeland Fl. The airpark is at the junction of I-10 & I-75 at exit 427. There is plenty of parking for RV's and trailers. There are two runways for flying in. A small restaurant on the field. For those driving there are numerous hotel rooms in town. I'm sponsoring this year to see if there is interest, it could become an annual event, early in the season in sunny Florida! Early birds arrive on Friday or anytime through the weekend. Flying while here is encouraged just like at Homer's. Check out the Cannon Creek website for more info on our facilities. Please let me know your thoughts and ideas on this event. I can be reached via phone (904) 704-9258 or email stdenisr@comcast.net
I really look forward to meeting one and all. My wife is planning a departure breakfast Monday AM. For those making their first trip to either SNF or Choppertown there probably will be a convoy going south to the show. Rotorheads arriving at the same time will be able to park together at the show.
