Brantly on a XC ?

Post by J.Headrick »

I am looking into a B2 for personal use.

I know several people here have flown XC in their Brantly. My question is, keep in mind I dont know alot about them yet, is is there anywhere on board to carry anything? Dufflebag, wifes makeup bag? If I do buy this B2, I will probably fly it home from Florida, and wonder what I may or may not be able to carry with me.

Not sure if there is storage under the seats, etc.

Behind the engine on the left side is the door to the storage compartment. You can put up to 50 lbs in it. I've carried a small tool box, spare oil, wrags, 2 backpacks, etc. on several XC trips. Plenty of room, especially compared to other 2-place helos.

That should be plenty of space, and weight, for a small overnight bag, and a change of clothes.
