What sort of wind strengths do others feel the B2B can be taxyed in and or hovered downwind?

According to the flight manual, it is 20 mph.

20 mph seems plenty generous to me. Crosswind component on a lot of Cessna 172's is 15 mph for comparison. Thanks for the info. I'm gonna look in the manual now
