i am a new b2b owner. need to install a radio and intercom. is the b2b too loud with the doors off to use a voice activated intercom? ie., must one use a press to talk switch for transmitting and another for the intercom between pilot and pax? the voice activated system works great if a fixed wing, but i wondered about its use in a helo. thanks, fred

Hi Fred,

I use a voice activated intercom with push-to-talk radio and have no problems. Just need to adjust squelch properly.
