leaning mixture,, and power

have been playing with a b2b ,, and working with the mixture ,, anyone else flying per the poh leaned at sea level if so what GPH?? what MP,,,?????? found that the ship was a little under powered unless leaned a little.... 1/2 tank two people tail wind,,, rpm falling 1' hover ??? anyone else??? also hover auto running out of collective 1/2 tank 2 pilots 3' hover...

I always lean during cruise. MP varies a lot due to density altitude, temp, people on board, fuel, etc., but normal cruise for me here (1200') is around 21". When I'm light on a cool day it can be down to 17-18". Real hot and heavy maybe 23-24". At 80-85mph cruise I usually get 12-13 gph. I haven't compared leaning vs. not doing ground work nor compared power available between the two.
