B2B performance

What usefull load will I see in a new B2B at 1500' and 105 degrees? I need to know if I will be able to give dual instruction at these conditions.
I have flown with passengers on 100 degree days with density altitude of 2,000 feet or more at the surface. I would guess I was never more than about 100 lbs under max gross weight. I have had no problems with the heat (Dallas area) when doing normal takeoffs (except when I discovered I had low compression on one cylinder). However, the heat and density altitude can be an issue if operating from a confined area where a max performance take off is required.
B-2Bs have been used extensively in the past as trainers in both Texas and Oklahoma. I trained in a B-2B that was build in 2000.
