It looks like the factory's website domain name is up for renewal or deletion. I hope they renew it!!

Our email and website is down, but not because we haven't paid our bills
The problem is with our local web host provider. Our domain expired while the provider is on vacation (according to a note left on his door) and we are trying to reach him to resolve this.
