ATS (Applied Technical Services) is a company who is highly specialized to do all NDT including Eddy Current. Aviation is one of their main customers.
Any A&P or A&P/I.A. will recognize and accept their work.
They have many offices in several states. http://www.atslab.com

I used them for dye-penetrant and visual inspection A.D. on my Tail Rotor blades and for x-ray on the new aft transmission mount.
