Brantly article in EAA magazine
This months issue of EAA magazine has an article on a Brantley B2B that had a loss of tail rotor Authority issue back in the 1960s.

Thanks for the heads up Brad. I'll look that up! The tail rotor authority is a bit weak in my opinion. Individual machines seem to vary-I've tried to set mine exactly by the book but still it takes an awful lot of the available pedal. Maybe because I'm using close to full power a lot in the hover. When I'm solo I have a decent amount of reserve.
