Hello Everyone:
I spend a lot of time in China working and was wondering about the China Brantly operation I have heard about over the past couple of years. I was hoping maybe I could visit it while I am here some time. Anyway in my search I found the websites below. I thought they might be interesting to some of you. Particularly the one that states they have completed their first ship recently.

They appear to be operational and making ships and parts now.

Re: Brantly Factory In China
Interesting. Thanks for posting the links.
Did you catch on the 3rd link where it says this: "...top speed of 161 miles/hour for 2.5 hours continuously"?
They should have said 161 kilometres per hour.

Re: Brantly Factory In China
No I missed that error and I imagine there are quite a few more if the website is like most mainland china websites that do their own english translations. Usually a few slip ups for sure but compared to how we would fare at translating into mandarin characters they are doing pretty good. I thought the website graphics for the actual company were great. The website has a great video clip of a straight in auto with narration in english. It also has a clip of the James Bond movie that used the Brantly. I thought that was funny. I wish Brantly USA spent some more time on their website to draw traffic. It will be interesting to see how this company does and how many ships they put out per year. I am hoping they will let me visit the factory some time.
Best regards
