I just got a call that Harold Jenkins put one down. I don't have the details but here's the news link:

Well, it looked like N2252U, which the FAA shows as registered to psehorne from here on the site. Hopefully Paul can provide information as it becomes available. I imagine he's pretty sick about it right now though.

Thankfully Harold was able to walk away from it.

Here's the FAA Preliminary Report, but it doesn't tell much. The links in the first message were helpful.

Harold called me yesterday about some parts I had ordered. He simple said the crash was pilot error.

He is OK and is still planning on his trip to PA on Friday, then on Sunday he will come down to Chattanooga and help replace some time-life parts.

Sorry my bad. Harold is going to Cloverdale, Indiana. Maybe another stop, but don't know about that one.

Oh man that's a bummer. It's been a bad month or two for Brantly's it seems. Glad to hear Harold's ok. Looks like it's rebuildable though. If anyone can can do it he's the man!

On a slightly related note, anyone know what may happen to the other two ships that crashed recently? I might be interested in buying the salvage especially the one in Camas as it's really close to me.
