Why does the factory do little to no promotion?

Why does the factory do little to no promotion?
Okay I'll start with possible reasons. Lack of operating capital? Maybe until they actually get production going why generate sales leads when they have no new machines to sell? Those are posssible reasons but at such time that it becomes a viable manufacturing company again they need to attend Sun n Fun and Oshkosh and other Rotorcraft events for sure. What do you guys think?

I think lack of marketing and promoting their product has been the primary reason for their lack of sales for 30+ years. A few owners can't do it all for them.

I was discussing this very thing with Chris Gerred at the factory last week
SunHelo intends to exhibit our Brantly at Sun 'N' Fun and Oshkosh this year and we anticipate some support from the factory. Details to be arranged.
Neither we nor the factory have any plans to attend the HAI convention this year as we agree that, for the expense, there's little to be gained there. Those are not our people
