Hey, that's great! That's the first (and easiest) step. Good luck on the checkride. Let me know how it goes. Actually, my CFI checkride was the easiest checkride that I took. I'm sure it's not always that way.

Flylow is correct: you don't have to do full-down autos for the CFI checkride. To answer your question though, I can't do initial CFI training because I don't have the required number of instructional hours required by FAR's. Hello All,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am a CFI in southern Illinois based at MVN. Most all of my helicopter time is in the Brantly B2B. If I can help anyone out, I would be more than happy to. Can travel if needed.
