i am just trying out the new website---kudos to paul sehorne for getting it up and running again. lots of work, but much appreciated. hopefully we will get a number of new posts.
i live in the dfw area and own a b2b. i am wondering if there are any other owners living nearby.

I sent mine in to Kelly and they repaired it for me. they were very nice to deal with and the tach is running just fine now.

rotor/engine rpm guage

I am having trouble with my rotor/engine RPM gauge. Every once in a while, the engine RPM needle does not move off zero.

Does anybody know where to send these gauges and for overhaul and what the cost is? Or perhaps there are some used ones for sale.

has anybody had good experiences with any particular battery for the brantly? i have been using the AGM concord xc, but havnt had much luck with it. they dont last more than a couple of years.

does anyone know what year rotating beacons were installed on brantlys? mine is a 1961 and does not have a beacon. i am wondering if one is required for night flying or if it is exempt.

the tow bar (acually called a helicopter dolly) people can be reached at 320 393-4293 or cell 320 282-5060. have him make one the same size as mine (fred fandler)-it works great.

i am new to the brantly business, having just bought one and starting the learning process. i did run across a towbar, hoever, on a rotorway. small unit which picks up the front end of the skids on wheels. much like the one mentioned by steve. i called the fellow who builds them and the good news is...

i am a new b2b owner. need to install a radio and intercom. is the b2b too loud with the doors off to use a voice activated intercom? ie., must one use a press to talk switch for transmitting and another for the intercom between pilot and pax? the voice activated system works great if a fixed wing, ...
