You are right. The red one on Ebay looks EXACTLY like the one for sale at http://www.eastcarolinahelicopters.com , except for the black strip (and the tail number). Let me guess on the political situation... local rich folks only want the airport for their Lear Jets and don't want the noisy helicopt...

Well, I've flown both and there are pros and cons to each aircraft.
