Re: Aux Fuel Pump

Contact Gary Goldsberry he may have a fuel pump. Keys are fairly common I would check around and see if anyone has an assortment of Cessna keys and see if you find one that fits. If Gary does not have a pump I may. Good luck.

Flying again!!!

After several months of not flying the Brantly I was able to get in a quick night flight. Blades have now been inspected and finally had things slow down at work. Hope to start flying at least once a week again. Will try to send some pics in hopes it will get some activity going on here. Having fun ...

Re: Anyone flying their Brantly?

Try wrapping tape around the inside of the cut out for the landing lights. It seems to cut out the reflection of the lights through the bubble. I used electrical tape in short pieces about an inch long . Wrapping inside to outside.Hoping to fly mine some this week. Keep them flying.

Brantly article in EAA magazine

This months issue of EAA magazine has an article on a Brantley B2B that had a loss of tail rotor Authority issue back in the 1960s.

Re: old picture

Try to email the picture to Ron if you can't upload it. I enjoyed reading the stories of you and your dad working at the Brantly factory.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Re: Forward Flight problems

If you keep your US FAA rating current will this allow you to fly your UK registered ship with out a check ride from an examiner there? What happened to the ships that were wrecked? I had 4 gentlemen from the UK that came over to fly with me in mine last year. They come to the US a few times a year ...

Re: Forward Flight problems

Did they replace thrust bearings? If so are they installed correctly ? Maybe a phase issue at the hub. Has the balance been checked and if so what are the readings? I would have in board blades pulled and start from zero.
